Team Assistant
Heatherwick Studio Team Assistant Opportunity
Heatherwick Studio is seeking a Team Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the project teams behind some of the world's most ambitious and innovative projects.
Based in our London studio, you'll work closely with project teams and studio colleagues to keep projects organised, connected, and running smoothly. From coordinating meetings and travel to managing project information, supporting team activities, and helping maintain efficient processes, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day studio life.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and travel for project teams.
- Manage project information and documentation.
- Support team activities and events.
- Help maintain efficient studio processes.
Requirements
- Previous administrative, coordination, or team support experience.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders.
