Elephant Music Global, the home of Elephant Music, Split Music Publishing, and Subtle Energy, is seeking a brilliant Team Assistant. We specialise in scoring trailers for film, TV and gaming industries. We have a growing music catalogue and a busy custom shop producing bespoke compositions. We work on a lot of fun, global projects, and no two days are the same. Our Founder is always on the go, running multiple businesses and travelling to see clients all over the world. We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic and organised Team Assistant to keep things running smoothly in and out of the office.
This is a junior role, and every person who has come through our doors at this level has gone on to build a real career here. We're not looking to fill a seat; we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's diary across multiple companies
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Handle correspondence and meeting preparation
- Organise team meetings and manage shared calendars
- Book restaurants, venues and event logistics
- Manage social media for the company, client and team gifting
- Oversee day-to-day basic office management
- Track music production deliverables and project timelines
- Coordinate between the creative team and external partners
- Support general admin across Elephant Music
Requirements
- Previous Office Assistant / Personal Assistant / Production Coordination experience
- University degree or an equivalent
- Based in London (hybrid working)
- Genuine love for music and the arts
- Familiarity with task management systems like Notion / Monday
- Familiarity with G Suite: Google Sheets, Google Cal, Google Drive
- Comfortable picking up new processes quickly, real interest in learning from a fast-paced team is essential.
