Team Assistant – Global Investment Bank
Salary: up to £52,000 + Generous Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

A highly respected global financial services firm is seeking a bright, ambitious, and proactive Team Assistant to join one of its fast-paced teams.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an Administrator, Team Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Junior Team Assistant looking to take the next step in their career within a prestigious corporate environment. You'll join a collaborative, energetic, and high-performing team where personality, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.
Working closely with Associates, Analysts, and Executive Assistants, you will gain exposure to a wide range of responsibilities while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in financial services.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, conference calls, Zoom and Teams meetings
- Booking global travel including flights, rail, accommodation, and itineraries
- Processing expenses and managing supporting documentation
- Team invoice management and allocation of costs to relevant deal codes
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and printed documentation
- Maintaining team reports, staffing summaries, and departmental records
- Updating and managing contact databases and distribution lists
- Arranging taxis, couriers, and other logistics support
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Supporting the wider assistant team with events, conferences, and client dinners
- Handling incoming calls and assisting with general administrative duties
- Providing ad-hoc support to a busy and dynamic team as required
About You

Experience Required
- Previous administrative or team support experience in a financial services firm, ideally investment banking
- Experience supporting busy teams and managing multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
