Team Assistant / Data Administrator

Executive Search | London (City) | Hybrid

Full Time | Permanent | £38,000–£42,000 DOE

The Role:

We're looking for a highly organised Team Assistant / Data Administrator to support a busy team of consultants while ensuring the firm's data remains accurate, organised and up to date. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll play a key role behind the scenes, maintaining business-critical information, coordinating interviews and meetings, preparing documentation and providing day-to-day administrative support that keeps the team running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining and updating candidate and client databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Managing data quality and ensuring information is complete and reliable.
  • Supporting consultants with research, reporting and project administration.
  • Coordinating interviews, meetings and diaries.
  • Preparing documents, presentations and search materials.
  • Providing general team and office support in a busy, collaborative environment.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintain operational efficiency.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant or data-focused support role, ideally in a corporate organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a genuine interest in data management and accuracy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support a busy team.
  • Experience within executive search, recruitment or professional services would be advantageous, but is not essential.
