Team Assistant, Audio
Bloomsbury’s award-winning audio team are looking for a new Team Assistant, passionate about the audio format, to help support the next phase of our growth.
The role will provide support for various elements of the audio publishing process for our energetic team working across Bloomsbury’s full catalogue of titles.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in audio publishing in a busy publishing environment, liaising with external stakeholders and in-house colleagues across the business.
Please note this is not a technical, sound design or studio-based role.
The role The Team Assistant will support the smooth running of the Audio team through excellent administration, coordination and organisation across all areas of the list. This role will act as a central point of support for team-wide operations, including contracts, invoicing, rights coordination and internal processes, ensuring projects and workflows run efficiently. The role also offers exposure to audio production, with opportunities to support across casting, studio bookings and recordings where appropriate.

Additional information Contract: Full-time, permanent. Location: 50 Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3DP on a hybrid-working pattern of 2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday Starting: As soon as possible Salary: £27,000 per annum
