Team Assistant & Business Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £33,000 - £43,000
Hybrid: 2–3 days in the office

The Role:
Supporting senior stakeholders and the wider team, responsibilities include:
- Diary, meeting, and travel coordination
- Supporting governance and regulatory cycles
- Coordinating board and committee meetings
- Preparing agendas, board packs, and meeting materials
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking actions
- Supporting operational projects and business initiatives
- Acting as a key point of coordination across teams
- Managing administrative processes and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting stakeholder communications and team activities

Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Team Coordinator, Business Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar
- Experience within Alternative Investments, Investment Management, Financial Services, or FinTech
- Strong experience supporting governance processes, committees, board meetings, board packs, and governance cycles
- Proven minute-taking experience, ideally within a regulated environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who enjoys bringing structure and organization to a growing business
