Position: Team Assistant
Salary: £45,000-50,000
Hybrid set up: 3-4 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visas
- Proactively manage changes to travel plans and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Process expenses and timesheets accurately
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events
- Ensure Associates’ time is optimised and aligned with business priorities
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the wider EA function with team coverage and ad hoc projects
- Assist with office and operational tasks as required
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- 1–3 years’ experience as a PA, TA, or EA, ideally within financial or professional services
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or workflow platforms (e.g. Workday or AI-enabled systems) is beneficial
- Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a high sense of urgency and energy
