About the Role
A leading Global Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join a highly successful investment fund in a fast-paced role supporting an MD and their team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
With a large presence in London and offices spanning the globe, you'll be joining a collaborative, driven, and growing business. If you're an experienced Assistant, ideally from Investment Banking, Investment Management, or professional services, looking for a challenging, high-impact role where you'll be an integral part of the team, read on.

Responsibilities
Supporting the MD and wider team, you will:
- Manage a demanding and ever-changing schedule with exceptional organisational skill
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Plan and manage complex international travel
- Prepare detailed, accurate itineraries
- Take a proactive, ahead-of-the-curve approach to everything you do
- Liaise confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, by phone and in person, building strong working relationships

Requirements
To be considered, you'll bring proven experience as a Team Assistant within Investment Management, Investment Banking, or a similarly fast-paced, high-expectation international environment. You'll take genuine pride in delivering outstanding support, thrive under pressure, and be someone colleagues can rely on to get things right, every time.
