Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Global Investment Management firm for an experienced Team Assistant. In this fast-paced role you will provide support to a Managing Director and the wider team. Based in Mayfair, you’ll work closely with a network of Executive Assistants and support professionals across London and global offices.

You’ll be joining a team of lively, collaborative assistants that is expanding due to the growth and demand of the business. This is the perfect opportunity to apply your experience within similar fast paced environments, such as professional services, and transition your career into investment management.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage dynamic and ever-changing diaries, balancing competing priorities with ease.
  • Coordinate meetings across global offices and multiple time zones.
  • Organise complex international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Build effective relationships with senior executives, clients, and external contacts through professional and confident communication.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Team Assistant within investment management, investment banking, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure while consistently delivering a high standard of work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced document production and formatting skills, with a high level of proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
