Role Description

The Team Assistant / Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating meeting schedules, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring a professional and efficient work environment. The role involves handling correspondence, greeting visitors, supporting senior team members with administrative tasks, and assisting with travel arrangements and expense tracking.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Possess solid Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage calendars, documents, and day-to-day office workflows.
  • Possess practical experience with Office Equipment and basic technology tools to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Be proficient with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), and comfortable learning new tools as needed.
  • Be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and show sound judgment in a professional services setting.
  • Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or a similar corporate environment is beneficial.
  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field is advantageous.
