Team Assistant | Private Equity, IR | 6m Temporary Contract

We are currently partnering with leading private equity firms seeking Investor Relations Coordinators for longer-term temporary assignments (minimum 6 months).

These roles are ideal for candidates looking to build or deepen their experience in Investor Relations, gaining hands-on exposure within high-performing investment environments.

Please note: this is not an Analyst/Associate-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates with proven Team Assistant / Coordinator experience, ideally within a financial services or investment setting.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to transition into or further develop a career in Investor Relations, working closely with experienced IR professionals in top-tier private equity firms. You will play a key role in supporting investor engagement and fundraising activity, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, fast-paced deal environments, and best-in-class IR processes.

A minimum commitment of 6 months is essential to ensure continuity and maximise learning and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting investor communications and fundraising processes
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems (DealCloud experience advantageous)
  • Coordinating logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events
  • Managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Maintaining accurate investor records and reporting
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, materials, and ad hoc requests

About You

  • Proven experience supporting a busy team in a coordination or Team Assistant capacity
  • Exposure to investment environments (Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking) highly desirable
  • A strong interest in building a career in Investor Relations
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (DealCloud preferred)
  • Enjoy being busy - you'll be the person who is always proactively asking for more work, and offering to help
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to a minimum 6-month assignment
