A boutique advisory firm is looking for a Team Assistant to become an integral part of the team. This is an opportunity to build strong relationships, take ownership of a varied role and enjoy working in a collaborative, close-knit office where every day is different.

This is a fully office-based role. It would suit someone looking for a stable 1 or 2 year FTC. Hours 8.30 – 5.30

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the office is welcoming, organised and well stocked
  • Greeting clients and keeping the meeting rooms in perfect condition
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including transport, taxis and hotels
  • Managing the shared office inbox and directing enquiries
  • Scheduling meetings and supporting recruitment administration
  • Supporting the social committee
  • Organising team lunches, social events, conferences and away days
  • Liaising with project managers regarding expenses and timesheets
  • Maintaining electronic filing and databases
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support across the business
