We are supporting a global private equity firm in their search for a Team Assistant to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within private equity, joining a collaborative and high-performing environment where support staff are genuinely valued. With a well-established EA community, this role offers the chance to learn from some of the best support professionals in the industry while gaining exposure to multiple investment teams and stakeholders.
The Role
This is a Team Assistant position supporting a busy and hard-working team. Some of the individuals you will support have not previously had dedicated assistance, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating structure, and becoming a trusted partner to their stakeholders. You will provide support with global logistics, handling diary and travel scheduling with often last-minute changes.

About You
This role will suit someone who is ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and excited by the opportunity to build a career within private equity.
- 1-2 years' experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and busy schedules
- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to manage upwards when needed
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
- Professional, approachable, and collaborative in style
- Naturally curious with a desire to understand the wider business
- Previous experience within private equity or financial services is ideal, not essential
