Team Assistant
Wise May are looking for a Team Assistant to join a leading London law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional environment and support the smooth day to day running of the team. This is a varied and hands on role, supporting lawyers and the wider business with administrative, organisational and client-facing tasks, ensuring a high level of service is delivered across the firm.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 09:00–18:00. The position operates on a hybrid basis with 4 days in the office (Monday–Thursday) and 1 day from home.
Team Assistant duties and responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to partners and the wider team across legal, operations and finance
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and arranging travel
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and handling enquiries professionally
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, presentations and reports
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and ensuring documentation is up to date
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, events and business development activity
- Ensuring meeting rooms and office areas are organised and client-ready
- Liaising with external suppliers and supporting wider operational tasks

Team Assistant key skills and experience required:

- Previous experience within a Team Assistant or administrative role within legal services
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology systems
- A proactive, team-focused approach
