Temporary Development & Philanthropy Assistant – Arts Organisation
Location: London
Pay: £15 per hour
Duration: 2–3 month temporary role
Start Date: ASAP
Availability Required: Ideally free throughout the whole of summer
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused Development & Philanthropy Assistant to join a leading arts organisation and support their busy fundraising team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong administration skills, a genuine interest in the arts, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll be supporting with:
- Managing and updating databases with excellent attention to detail
- Providing general administrative support to the Development & Philanthropy team
- Coordinating team activities and helping keep things running smoothly
- Supporting membership administration, including welcome and renewal communications
- Handling calls and responding to supporter enquiries

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with great admin skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- A confident communicator with a friendly approach
- Interested in the arts, culture, or charity sector
- A recent graduate or someone looking to build experience in a fundraising environment
