Team Coordinator
Permanent, 37 hours. Base County Hall, Matlock, Working days Monday to Friday
These posts are hybrid, working in the office a minimum of days per week. The Team Coordinator acts as a consistent point of contact for the Business Services and operational Starting Point team. Coordinating tasks across the Business Services team in liaison with the Business Services Manager. Manages incoming work via Mosaic, email, phone, teams and in person. Prepares, coordinates, and supporting Business Services Assistants with minutes for critical meetings (strategy meetings). This post will be crucial for supporting the Business Services Manager with coordinating workloads of the team to meet competing demands.
Over the last year, we’ve been developing a new ‘One Council’ Business Services team designed to work more consistently, support colleagues better and make it easier for services across Derbyshire County Council to operate efficiently.
