Job Title: Shift Team Coordinator
Location: Northampton
Position Type: Full Time – Permanent
Shifts: 4 on 4 off

About the Role
If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Shift Team Coordinator in Brewing & Processing. Reporting to the Process Team Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Process Team Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver people, service, quality, and cost targets within the department, while operating as a fully hands-on team member trained in core Brewing and Processing roles.
- Provide SIC (Site Incident Controller) cover across the site, ensuring the Emergency Response Team is in place each shift and fully trained to respond effectively.
- Align all functions across the end-to-end supply chain to ensure clarity on operational planning, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Drive conformance to standard operating speeds, regularly review V-curve standards, and identify opportunities for performance improvement through chrono-analysis.
- Act as deputy to the Process Team Manager, with structured development toward a future PTM role when available (via a separate vacancy and application process).
- When covering the PTM role, hold full shift responsibility for Brewing & Processing operations, including people leadership, safety, and performance delivery.
- Serve as the single point of contact for shift-related issues, making decisions on process management, resource allocation, and workforce planning to ensure adherence to the production plan.
Experience and Key Attributes Required:
- Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment.
- General Certificate in Brewing or working towards the qualification.
- IT literacy (QC/SPC, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental considerations.
- Understanding of ‘right first time’ principles.
- Full UK Working Rights – Sponsorship is not available for this role.
