For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango, and London Essence along with the license rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, and Rockstar Energy.

About the Role
If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Shift Team Coordinator in Brewing & Processing. Reporting to the Process Team Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Process Team Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver people, service, quality, and cost targets within the department, while operating as a fully hands-on team member trained in core Brewing and Processing roles
- Provide SIC (Site Incident Controller) cover across the site, ensuring the Emergency Response Team is in place each shift and fully trained to respond effectively
- Align all functions across the end-to-end supply chain to ensure clarity on operational planning, priorities, and delivery expectations
- Drive conformance to standard operating speeds, regularly review V-curve standards, and identify opportunities for performance improvement through chrono-analysis
- Act as deputy to the Process Team Manager, with structured development toward a future PTM role when available (via a separate vacancy and application process)
- When covering the PTM role, hold full shift responsibility for Brewing & Processing operations, including people leadership, safety, and performance delivery
- Serve as the single point of contact for shift-related issues, making decisions on process management, resource allocation, and workforce planning to ensure adherence to the production plan
Experience and Key Attributes required:
- Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment
- General Certificate in Brewing or working towards the qualification
- IT literacy (QC/SPC, Word, Excel)
- Have knowledge of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental considerations
- Understanding of ‘right first time’ principles
- Full UK Working Rights – Sponsorship is not available for this role.
