Team Coordinator
Birmingham | £25,000 - £30,000 | Permanent | Hybrid Working (4 days in the office, 1 from home)
Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a highly regarded professional services business that is looking to hire a Team Coordinator to support a busy and collaborative team in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and social environment where you'll gain exposure to a variety of responsibilities and play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly.
The Role
As Team Coordinator, you'll provide administrative support across several teams and get involved in a broad range of tasks, including:
- Managing shared inboxes and coordinating team requests
- Diary management and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports and bids
- Organising meetings, workshops and team events
- Maintaining internal systems, intranet pages and team sites
- Supporting onboarding for new starters and assisting with inductions
- Monitoring compliance, training records and team administration
- Providing general administrative support and occasional reception cover

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced administrator with previous office-based experience
- Ideally from a professional services or corporate environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved wherever needed
