Team Coordinator

London (Hybrid) | £28,000 – £30,000 | + Discretionary Bonus | 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

A varied, hands-on coordination role sitting right at the heart of a membership

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Being the welcoming first point of contact for members, visitors and general enquiries
  • Coordinating meetings, events, travel and accommodation from start to finish
  • Preparing agendas, taking clear minutes and following up on actions
  • Keeping the CRM and membership database accurate and up to date
  • Helping shape member communications, newsletters and mailings
  • Updating website content and handling user access requests
  • Lending a hand with light systems administration and everyday IT queries
  • Supporting project coordination and helping improve how things get done
  • Building genuine, lasting relationships with members and stakeholders
  • Providing broad admin support wherever it's needed most

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration, team support or coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident, warm communicator — written and spoken
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Calm under pressure and good at juggling competing priorities
  • Curious about new systems and quick to pick up new tools
  • Proactive, professional, and happy to take initiative
  • Someone who genuinely wants to learn, grow and take ownership
  • Experience with a CRM, CMS or membership database
  • Minute-taking experience
