Team Co-Ordinator | Children's Social Care

Are you organised, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing excellent support services? We are looking for a motivated Team Co-Ordinator to join our friendly and supportive Business Support team within Lancashire County Council's Children's Social Care Service.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Pendle CAPSS in Colne, where you will play a vital role in supporting operational staff and managers who work to safeguard and improve the lives of children and families across Lancashire.

About the Team
The Family Safeguarding Team works with children and families facing complex challenges, helping to ensure children remain safe within their families wherever possible. The team focuses on improving health and educational outcomes for children while reducing the risk of physical and emotional harm.

What We Are Looking For
- Passion for excellent service and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Administrative experience and confidence using Microsoft Office applications and databases.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with managers, social workers, families, colleagues, and members of the public.
