Team Coordinator Site Management (m/f/d) - Utility Scale PV
Who we are: GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey solar systems on commercial roofs and ground mounted utility scale PV power plants. With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.
What you can expect: We are looking for a proactive and structured Team Coordinator Site Management (m/f/d) to lead and support our UK-based site teams. The role focuses on leadership, coordination, and quality assurance across multiple project sites. You will oversee multiple sites, providing coaching and support to site teams, and act as the key link between the site teams and the Site Management Team Leader. Your goal will be to maintain consistency in execution, ensure adherence to company standards and quality, and support both team performance and project success.
Your tasks: Act as line manager for site team members, supporting their performance and development Conduct onboarding, performance reviews, and regular 1:1 check-ins Provide coaching and feedback based on site visits and project outcomes Visit active sites regularly to monitor quality and execution standards Ensure consistent implementation of company processes across all sites Lead lessons-learned sessions and drive continuous improvement Monitor resolution of site issues and escalate when needed Participate in internal audits, HSE reviews, and certification processes Review site reports, key metrics, and compliance documentation Manage approvals for invoices, travel expenses, and related financial documentation Use the internal ERP system as required

Profile: NVQ Level 6 or higher in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Experience in leadership or coordination roles within utility-scale solar or large infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction practices, workflows, and HSE standards Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously Required Certifications (please send with your application): Valid SMSTS, Black CSCS or Black ECS Card (depending on discipline), First Aid Certification (3-day course) Valid UK driving licence Willingness to travel regularly across the UK (not site-based full-time)
