Team Coordinator – International Architecture Practice (London, UK)
About the Role
The Crowd is partnering with a globally recognised, mid-to-large, employee-owned architecture firm seeking a Team Coordinator to join their London-based team.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced professional capable of delivering effective and efficient administrative support to the project teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, design teams, and stakeholders within a fast-paced design studio.

Key Responsibilities
- Use an internal project management system to ensure project schedules are achievable
- Assist Project Managers with document and change control
- Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs and expectations
- Maintain documentation and reports to track project status
- Manage project deliverables effectively
- Safely store and manage secure files, reports, and audits to support new applications
- Identify risk areas, monitor challenges, and develop mitigation strategies with the team

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills with diverse individuals and situations
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and IT applications
