About the Role
Ads and More is a performance marketing agency specializing in mobile app promotion, working with traffic suppliers, media buyers, and DSPs across programmatic and DOOH channels. We're looking for a Team Lead to manage and grow our Account Management team, ensuring client retention, campaign performance, and operational excellence across our supply-side and demand-side partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Publisher Manager handling relationships with mobile app clients, traffic suppliers, and media buying partners
- Own client retention and satisfaction across the portfolio, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs (CPI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
- Act as the escalation point for complex client or supplier issues, including fraud/quality disputes
- Oversee campaign optimization strategy in coordination with media buyers and DSP partners
- Review team workload, set priorities, and ensure SLAs are met across all active accounts
- Drive process improvements for onboarding, reporting, and account handoffs
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth transition from deal closure to account management
- Monitor account-level P&L and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Report on team and portfolio performance to senior management
- Create a culture of accountability by ensuring every team member owns their numbers, follows processes, and proactively communicates issues

Requirements

- 4+ years in account management within mobile app marketing, ad tech, or performance marketing
- 1-2+ years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of DSPs, programmatic buying, and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar)
- Experience managing relationships with traffic suppliers and media buyers
- Data-driven approach with comfort reading campaign performance dashboards
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Based in Europe/ US only
Nice to Have
- Experience with DOOH campaigns
- Familiarity with anti-fraud tools/practices in mobile advertising
- Prior experience scaling a team from a handful of accounts to a larger portfolio
