Team Lead B2B & Retail DACH
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead B2B & Retail DACH based in United Kingdom.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize a rapidly expanding B2B retail business across the DACH region. The role combines operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and process excellence within a high-growth consumer goods environment. You will play a key role in transforming impressive commercial momentum into scalable and sustainable structures while partnering closely with senior leadership. Working at the intersection of sales, supply chain, product, and operations, you will drive execution, foster alignment, and support ambitious expansion goals. This position offers significant ownership, strategic exposure, and the chance to influence the future development of a thriving retail organization.
Accountabilities
- Lead and coordinate the operational management of B2B retail activities across drugstore, grocery, and specialty retail channels within the DACH market.
- Take end-to-end ownership of process stability and ensure effective collaboration between Sales, Supply Chain, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Manage forecasting activities and budget coordination at product level in close partnership with Key Account Managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee cross-functional projects, including product launches, promotional campaigns, display rollouts, certifications, legal approvals, and operational implementations.
- Build and maintain effective communication and prioritization frameworks to ensure strong team alignment and execution.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, accuracy, and operational reliability.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership on retail development initiatives, product rollouts, and organizational improvements.
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and development support to a multidisciplinary team of Key Account Managers, Sales Support Specialists, and Project Managers.

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience within the German drugstore and FMCG retail market, with strong knowledge of DACH retail dynamics.
- Solid understanding of category management, promotional planning, display concepts, logistics fundamentals, supplier management, and retail partner operations.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and coordinating cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
- Strong operational leadership capabilities with a structured, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across different business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to establish scalable processes and maintain execution excellence in fast-growing environments.
- High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion when handling strategic and operational topics.
- Strong digital mindset and familiarity with modern collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency for international collaboration.
