The Opportunity
ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Lead, Implementation Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting multiple implementation projects, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within allocated hours, and meet client expectations. This includes evaluating client technology needs, assisting with the development of configurations and standards that support ECI and Client business processes, utilizing automation of standardized solutions, validate and troubleshoot deployments, hardware/software installations and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs, and assisting with the creation of internal documentation and client facing training materials. The successful candidate will work with their Associate Director and internal teams to review and manage solution designs, project scopes, and client proposals.

This is a hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates to be based in the London area.
What You Will Do
- Work on a team with talented engineers such as yourself, who enjoy collaborating to meet project objectives
- Deploy ECI’s Public and Private Cloud base solutions, on-premises infrastructure services, and integrate with Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem solutions
- Independently drive project objectives to closure with minimal to no supervision while providing regular status updates to PMO and Executive team.
- Collaborate with various groups in the organization to implement innovative technologies, upgrade, migrate, and retire outdated Infrastructure and solutions
- Document processes, procedures, lessons learned for integrating into iterative deployment process and automation improvement
- Provide Tier 3 escalation for engineering team to diagnose and resolve issues in onboarding client’s project or production environments, coordinating with internal resources and vendors
- Engage in self-directed continuous improvement and learning of ECI and Industry products including Azure/O365/AWS certifications throughout the year.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- You are a Leader, Motivator, Problem Solver, and Mentor to your engineers and colleagues!
- College diploma or University degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent field/related experience
- 10 years in a project engineering or similar role, including 5 years leading teams with a focus on deploying cloud based and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of and experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, PowerShell, Azure Active Directory, AD sync, Exchange Online / Hybrid / On-premises, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Experienced with deployment and management of remote access solutions; Azure AVD
- Experienced with MDM technologies, with a focus on Intune MDM/MAM
- Experienced with building, retiring, and migrating Domain Controllers, DFS/R, DHCP, DNS, GPO’s
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and documentation skills
- Exceptional people skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with exacting attention to detail
- Outstanding customer services skills and ability to demonstrate client sensitivity
