Overview
Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact in the pensions industry? We’re looking for a Team Lead – Pensions Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and help deliver high-quality automation, transformation, and efficiency projects for our valued clients.
This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while leading a talented team of pensions systems analysts.
As a Team Lead, you’ll manage and motivate a small team of talented pensions systems analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards. You’ll act as a role model, guiding your team to deliver innovative solutions on time and in line with best practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Overseeing and managing requests such as Government Dashboard Automation, GMP equalisation (GMPe), and updates to scheme calculations and documentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues from our Gallagher Centre of Excellence in Pune, India.
- Testing and implementing system and process enhancements.
- Conducting peer reviews to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Staying up to date with pensions legislation and system functionality.
About You
- Technical pensions experience, including calculations and understanding scheme rules (in either DB or DC pensions).
- Expert knowledge of pensions legislation, including Government Dashboard, and Minimum Pension Age changes.
- Prior GMPE (Guaranteed Minimum Pension Equalisation) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience managing a team and working on projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SQL, VB, or XML is a bonus but not essential.
- Eligibility to work in the UK - essential.
