About The Role
As a Team Leader, you'll take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, smooth operations and strong teamwork.
Your Role Will Include
- Supporting, guiding and motivating staff
- Ensuring high-quality support for the people who use our services
- Maintaining professional, accurate records
- Being part of the On-Call rota (A GBP 10 per session)
- Covering sleep-ins where required (A GBP 60 per sleep-in)
Qualifications
We welcome candidates who have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or those who are willing to work towards it.

Shaftesbury Netteswell Bungalows is a warm, supportive residential setting made up of six self-contained bungalows for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
