Team Leader
We are looking for a Team Leader to support our clients and broking team with day-to-day policy changes.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Insurer Service
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Ensure all communications are accurately recorded in line with company policies and service standards.
Operational & Compliance Duties
- Complete all assigned processes, including:
- Answering incoming calls from clients and insurers.
- Processing vehicle changes/declarations and driver referrals.
- Issuing documentation, invoices, and refunds.
- Updating the Motor Insurance Database (MID).
- Managing client loans via finance systems.
- Handling queries from clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Completing Letters of Indemnity and questionnaires.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations at all times.
- Complete in-house training modules and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements
- Experience in the Commercial Motor insurance market (broker or insurer level) is preferred but not essential
- Experience in a Team Leader role
Person Specification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong initiative.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Effective teamworking and collaboration skills.
- Confident in oral and written communication.
