Team Leader
Team Leader – Stockport
Status: Full-time | Permanent | Days Shift | 36 Hours/Week | £13.71/Hour | Retail | Store Management

AS a Team Leader, you will lead your department in the day-to-day operations of our store, setting the standard for customer care, teamwork, and efficiency. You’ll bring our vision to life by supporting your colleagues, driving strong performance, and ensuring a great experience for every customer.
About the Role
You’ll be the backbone on the shop floor—ensuring smooth operations, managing stock, assisting new employees, and resolving challenges with a customer-centric approach. Collaborating closely with your manager, you’ll uplift your team through training, positivity, and clear communication while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and service.

Requirements
You’ll bring a mix of practical experience, personality and attitude to this role:
- Proven experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
- The ability to take on responsibility and support others in their development.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings when needed.
