Job Description: Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll maintain high standards, guarantee happy customers, and keep operations seamless.
Team Leader Role: Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and efficiently.
