Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in the daily operational running of the store. Lead by example, motivate your team, and help achieve key targets that contribute to store success.
Contract Details:
- Contracted Hours: 15
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour
What You Will Do
- Coach and mentor staff to ensure they thrive and succeed
- Motivate the team to exceed store and team targets (with fantastic incentives and prizes)
- Support the Store Manager with:
- Rosters
- Payroll budgets
- Stock loss prevention
- Store procedures
- Take charge as a key holder, managing store opening and closing times
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service to your team and customers

What You Will Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings Talent, Passion, and Spark—and we’ll provide the training to grow in a perfume mastery. Ideal candidates have:
- Strong relationship-building and mentorship skills
- A passion for teamwork and collaborative success
- Enthusiasm for upskilling and learning about perfume
- Flexibility with work patterns
- Prior team leadership experience or proven sales and career growth potential
