Team Leader (Nights Shift) – Omagh

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will take a central role in driving the smooth operation of your department. Your responsibility lies in leading by example—supporting your colleagues, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining high standards on the shop floor. This includes:
- Managing stock effectively
- Supporting new team members
- Addressing challenges with initiative and professionalism
- Collaborating with your manager to deliver consistent performance
Your core responsibility will be team coordination, prioritising tasks, and fostering a motivating and organised work environment.

Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates must possess:
- Relevant experience in retail or customer-facing roles

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings
