Team Leader – Greene King Pubs
You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an exceptional and memorable experience every time they visit.
- Cover for the management team, addressing and resolving issues in their absence.
- Ensure seamless team coordination during peak shifts, keeping everything running efficiently.
- Maintain strict regulatory compliance—always ensuring the bar is safe, legal, and clean, with any issues resolved swiftly and safely.
