As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role also includes maintaining high standards and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Ensure customers receive heartfelt, memorable experiences during every visit
  • Step in for management when necessary, resolving challenges effectively and ensuring smooth operations
  • Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts
  • Maintain a safe, legal, and clean environment, addressing any issues promptly
