Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Ensure customers receive heartfelt, memorable experiences during every visit
- Step in for management when necessary, resolving challenges effectively and ensuring smooth operations
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean environment, addressing any issues promptly
