Team Leader – Flaming Grill

About the Role As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need for smooth, efficient shifts. Your responsibility will be to keep standards high and guarantee our customers leave happy every time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences—every visit should leave a memorable impression
  • Step in for management when needed, resolving customer/l_add/t_us in the absence of senior staff
  • Coordinate shifts smoothly—assign tasks, ensure staffing coverage, and maintain operational flow
  • Ensure legal compliance & safety: Oversee bar standards (licensing, hygiene, cleanliness) with urgency
