Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences—every visit should leave a memorable impression
- Step in for management when needed, resolving customer/l_add/t_us in the absence of senior staff
- Coordinate shifts smoothly—assign tasks, ensure staffing coverage, and maintain operational flow
- Ensure legal compliance & safety: Oversee bar standards (licensing, hygiene, cleanliness) with urgency
