Ole & Steen is an award-winning Danish bakery with 30 years of heritage behind us. We proudly produce fresh artisanal breads and pastries across Denmark, the UK and New York.

We’ve become part of our guests’ local community, welcoming them into our store and serving them hand-made breads and pastries made with heart, perfectly poured coffees, and a space to indulge in a moment alone or to gather with friends and colleagues.

‘Hygge’ (hoo-gah): A Danish term meaning to create warmth and enjoy the good things in life, with good people.

We also have a lot of amazing people who help us be the Hygge, and we’re on the lookout for more to join us on our mission to become the “world’s most loved bakery”. We want our team to pass on their passion of our freshly-baked range and bring a little joy to their day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
