The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to make every shift run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards across the team

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every visit leaves a lasting positive impression
- Step into a management role by deputising for the team when needed and resolving any issues efficiently
- Coordinate team efforts during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
- Uphold strict safety, legality, and cleanliness standards for the bar area, addressing any issues promptly
