Team Leader

Team Leader – Cardiff Store

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our vibrant team at cardfactory, 171 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, CF11 9AH. Reporting to your Store Manager, this role offers 15.5 hours per week but has the potential to grow and evolve.


About The Role

You’ll be at the heart of your store, playing a crucial part in:

  • Supporting the Store Manager
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Running the store smoothly in the Manager’s absence

A day in this role will bring excitement and positivity to our store. You’ll:

  • Set the tone by embodying the cardfactory culture through fantastic service
  • Help others develop new skills while growing your own leadership
  • Drive store initiatives and maintain strong communication
  • Support store success through diligent forecasting, stock control, and financial oversight
  • Build a positive and inclusive team where everyone feels valued
