Team Leader
As a Wacky Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. You’ll uphold high standards and prioritise customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
The Wacky Team Leader at Hungry Horse will:
- Ensure every customer enjoys a heartfelt, memorable experience during their visit.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues and ensuring operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate team efforts during busy shifts to maintain seamless service.
- Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Set high standards for service excellence and team performance.
