Team Leader (Front of House) – John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield)
Company Description
We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking Team Leader to join the team at John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), where you will lead and support the front of house team on a daily basis.

Working Details
- Hours: 30 hours per week, working any 5 days in a 7-day period
- Hourly Rate: £15.50 per hour
- Employment Type: Permanent (Perm.)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, health and safety protocols.
- Take ownership of a specific area within the front of house, with the flexibility to rotate roles.
- Assist with and lead all front-of-house duties.
- Conduct team briefings and provide clear answers to staff inquiries.
- Support the development and growth of the front-of-house team.

Candidates should demonstrate:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet business objectives.
