Team Leader
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Team Leader, working with offenders in custody to help them prepare for work on release.
The job involves leading and mentoring a disperse team of careers advisors who are working with people serving custodial sentences, to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities, so they’re ready to start a new life on release and break the cycle of reoffending.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.
You’ll Need To Have
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with offenders Experience of line managing people, to enable them to fulfil their potential at work

Qualifications
Qualification requirement minimum expectation of Career Information Advice and Guidance level 6 Diploma or working towards the qualification
Salary range between £29,396 – £33,958 per annum
