About the Role
Location: Grangemouth, Employment Type: Part-time, Shift Pattern: Days (Work Shift: Monday 1pm – 10pm, Thursday 1pm – 10pm, Sundays – 9-hour shifts – Dayshift/Backshift)
As a Team Leader in our Home Shopping team, we look for motivated individuals who meet our criteria for being over 18.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in leading your team, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and keeping morale up. You’ll assist in stock management, support junior colleagues, and be proactive in resolving issues to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the department with a customer-first approach.
- Provide hands-on support to colleagues, new starters, and address operational challenges effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to uphold high standards.
- Take responsibility for managing tasks, maintaining organisation, and resolving problems efficiently.
