Team Leader – Permanent Position
About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations while driving success through leadership, motivation, and exceptional service.
Contract Hours: 12 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Pay Rate: £14.49 per hour
What You Will Do
- Coach and mentor staff, helping them grow and succeed in their roles
- Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets while competing for incentives and prizes
- Support the Store Manager with:
- Rosters and payroll
- Budget management
- Stock loss prevention
- Store procedure adherence
- Co-shop (step in as a key holder) as needed, ensuring store operations run smoothly
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service by leading by example

What You Will Bring
We’re looking for people who bring talent, passion, and spark—and we’ll provide the training to develop your perfume expertise.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience (or strong potential) in coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building -Thrive in teamwork and enjoy shared success
- Be excited about upskilling and learning more about fragrance
- Demonstrate flexibility with work patterns
- Have previous team leadership experience or a proven track record as an experienced sales advisor ready for the next step
