Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring every customer experiences a memorable, heartfelt service with each visit.
  • Deputising for management when needed and resolving operational challenges promptly.
  • Coordinating the team during busy shifts, guaranteeing smooth, efficient service.
  • Ensuring the bar remains safe, legal, and well-presented—addressing any issues quickly and effectively.
