Team Leader – Cherry Tree Farm (Willington)

The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead with enthusiasm and ensure smooth operations so every shift runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities include:
- Setting and maintaining high standards – Delivering a heartfelt, memorable experience for every customer who steps through our doors.
- Stepping up for management – Deputising for the team when needed and swiftly resolving any on-floor issues.
- Keeping the bar and prep areas safe, legal, and spotless while addressing any concerns with urgency.
- Ensuring holistic customer satisfaction – Perfectly pouring every pint, greeting guests warmly, and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
