Salary: £15.18 per hour / £29,601.00 per annum (based on 40 hours) Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Service: Integra Ty Newydd
We are looking for a Team Leader at Integra Ty Newydd.

The Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure person-centred support aligns with company values while maintaining the individual’s potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respect and work collaboratively with others to help supported individuals live independently and comfortably in their homes or communities.
- Overall staff management and development
- Lead staff in promoting clients’ well-being, safety, and quality of life
- Monitor and assist the delivery of activities against agreed goals, tracking progress and outcomes
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with external parties
- Adhere to company policies, legislation, and national minimum standards
- Achieve annual individual objectives
- Maintain high-quality compliance systems
- Support on-call duties when required

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Team Leader role
