Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you’ll:
- Deliver a personalised, memorable experience for every customer
- Step in for management, resolving issues and maintaining operations
- Coordinate the team during peak times, ensuring smooth operations
- Oversee customer safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure proper bar hygiene and legal compliance at all times
