Team Leader

Are you passionate about marketing and ready to take the lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and guide a team in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns while honing your leadership skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making for the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Support and mentor team members in their daily tasks, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for marketing and a drive to lead and inspire others.
