About the Role: Team Leader
You will lead your team with confidence, ensuring every shift runs flawlessly while maintaining our commitment to unforgettable customer experiences. Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a heartfelt and engaging customer experience—making sure every guest leaves with a lasting, positive impression.
- Standing in as a deputy to the management team, addressing and resolving issues that arise in their absence.
- Coordinating and training the team during high-traffic shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensuring the bar is safe, legally compliant, and spotlessly clean, instantaneously handling any compliance or hygiene concerns.
